I am seriously considering going to culinary school. Or rather, doing a culinary program at a community college (probably Virginia Western). It’s something that’s always been in the back of my mind and I think it’s something I’d really enjoy. Become a baker (like previously mentioned) or a pastry chef… I’ve thought about finances and such too and if I wait to apply for federal aid after my next birthday, I’ll be an independent (FAFSA rules are kinda lame) and will consequently, get more money. We’ll see. Hopefully I can afford school by spring. Being a resident will help, at least.
