In the last three days, I have made two kinds of cupcakes that have gotten eaten before they have gotten written about or photographed. I made Chai Tea Latte cupcakes and Peanut Butter cupcakes with banana (instead of oil) and topped with carob ganache, both from “Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World.” They were both really delicious. As proved by the fact that they are gone.
Oh, and for dinner the other night I made Wonton Soup that was absolutely delicious. I stuffed them with seitan, green onions, and brown rice tossed in the mustard and tamari sauce, wrapped them, boiled them, fried them, and poured a little broth over them and mm mm, they were yummy. (I would love this picture a thousand times more if not for the flash reflection but oh well. I was too anxious to eat to take a better picture. You get the idea.)
