What is there to be done when you react a certain way to a particular occurrence and the way you react is very frustrating to you but you don’t know how to make it different? Do you endure it and it gets better? Do you talk about it until you realize your unreasonability and it goes away? Do you suppress it, put on a happy face, and it’ll disappear? My reaction already frustrates me enough, I don’t need it making others upset.
